CAAT/DSMO

Business leaders tasked with evaluating proposals presented us with a unique challenge – create a survey and reporting system provided absolute flexibility.
Enter the Cognitive Agility Assessment Tool (CAAT). The CAAT/DSMO tool succeeded where none prior could.
Here’s just an overview of what we accomplished:

  • Authors receive complete control over assignment, review, progress, and metric-analysis over all assessments.
  • The type and length of assessment forms remained flexible to the author’s needs.
  • Information received, was easily presented in a variety of format.
  • Ongoing support and feature customization was provided.

The following technologies were leveraged:

  • Web Development: Visual Studio.NET, NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, CSS, Telerik ASP.NET Suite, CeTe PDF Writer & Reader.
  • Database Development: SQL Server, ADO.NET.

Abilities 4 Foster Youth

Though many agencies exist to assist San Diego County’s foster youth, they lacked a robust, extensible portal that would enable them to both reach those whom there were trying to help and other agencies with whom they may form partnerships. Many of these agencies had no online presence of their own, so that is where we began. We provided a tool that would allow them to create an online presence, selecting from a series of distinct templates. Their website was automatically tightly integrated into the online community portal enabling each organization to collaborate and communicate with other organizations, achieving synergy and a more rapid rate of success.

The following technologies were leveraged:

  • Web Development: Visual Studio.NET, NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, CSS, Telerik ASP.NET Suite, CeTe PDF Writer & Reader, ActiveUp Richtext Editor.
  • Database Development: SQL Server, ADO.NET.
  • Graphics: Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Project Management/Collaboration: Microsoft Project.

Our first challenge was to maximize synergy for organizations assisting those with disabilities. Their common goal was to reach their communities and provide desperately needed resources, training, and other forms of life-changing benefits, this became Abilities Networks.
The concept was new to many of them – create an online community or data portal. Through it, each organization would post opportunities, resources, and training. Together, they greatly benefited the disabled in their communities.

The following technologies were leveraged:

  • Web Development: Visual Interdev, Visual Studio.NET, VBScript, VB.NET, ASP, XML, XPath, XSLT, JavaScript, CSS.
