I successfully managed enterprise systems for tracking student lag usage, satisfying federal grant reporting, student job portal, and emergency alert systems.. I gathered requirements, defined achievable milestones, managed expectations and change, utilized effective and timely communication, and upon closing projects, fulfilled predefined acceptance criteria and ongoing support needs which included ongoing Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes.

DotNetNuke CMS Collaborative, Feature-rich Website
I collaborated with the Director of IT, Manager of Applications and Database Projects, and external departments to strategize on our new website initiative, mobile application management system, and integrating communication between various legacy systems. Provided executive guidance through extensive research and technical specifications to align goals with organizational objectives. Mentored junior staff to mature skill sets, increase productivity, and strengthen interpersonal skills for a collaborative development team. Documented existing processes and systems for new staff as well as recommend future enhancements to mitigate risks and enhance functionality. Integrated the DotNetNuke content management system to provide a robust, feature-rich platform for future websites. Provided a project plan and work breakdown structure for department leaders to understand and plan for required team member contribution. Provided custom .NET web and SQL Server database development to deliver requested departmental project milestones.

Predicting Success in Business
Workplace Technologies Research, Inc (a Cognitive Science-based business research group based in San Diego, California), while evaluating ways to improve hiring processes for C-level executive candidates, presented us with a unique challenge: create an assessment and reporting system with absolute flexibility and built-in intelligence. The result was the Cognitive Agility Assessment Tool (CAAT) which serves as the basis for the industry-pioneering FutureView Profiler system.

Project: Abilities 4 Foster Youth
We provided agencies which assist San Diego County’s foster youth a robust, extensible portal that would enable them to both reach those whom there were trying to help and other agencies with whom they may form partnerships. We provided a tool that would allow them to create an online presence, selecting from a series of distinct templates. Their website was automatically tightly integrated into the online community portal enabling each organization to collaborate and communicate with other organizations, achieving synergy and a more rapid rate of success.
